Terms of Sale

We accept cash, including some foreign currencies, checks drawn on banks operating in the US, money orders, as well as PayPal, CashApp, Venmo, Visa, AMEX, Discover and MasterCard. We also accept Bitcoin, Ethereum & other cryptocurrencies. Bank wires may be sent although our bank charges a $30 USD fee. Please inquire for more information.

Each item in our inventory is carefully photographed and described. We take great care to make sure we note any defects and markings. We cannot always guarantee the items you order will be in stock. Books may be placed on reserve for ten days. Should you be dissatisfied with your order, books may be returned within two weeks of receipt.  Please rest assured that we make every effort to describe and photograph our books as accurately as possible.

Shipping Terms

Orders usually ship within two or three business days of the date on which we receive your order. Occasionally, extra time is needed to locate a book. If this is the case, we will let you know. Default shipping costs are based on books weighing 2.2 LB, or 1 KG. If your order is heavier or over-sized, we may contact you to request payment for extra shipping costs. We ship at our cost and do not charge extraneous fees for handling.

Within the U.S.A, we typically ship via United States Postal Service (USPS) media mail, with delivery confirmation, unless another level of service or carrier is requested. Standard media mail shipping costs are $4.95 for the first book and $2 for each additional book. Media mail generally takes 5 to 14 days but has been known to take longer. Elsewhere, we ship as requested and at cost. California residents please add appropriate sales tax although this should be done automatically by our checkout system. Books are usually wrapped in plastic wraps and then packed in recycled thick box cardboard, which is sealed with heavy duty Kraft packing tape.
