Includes songs with music. Completed membership card laid in. Includes bibliographical references and index. In original tan plain paper wrappers (non-printed) and mailing pack, with stamp and address. Spine head partly gnawed and worn, exposing cresh and signatures a 1/2 x 1/2 inch area at spine tip. Nonethless, binding is tight. Pages and boards are clean, and book overall good+ to very good(-) inclusive of spine top. Some tears and chips to jacket and box, whcih are both in fair condition.
